Independent and non-profit foundation. The Human Colossus Foundation is registered in Geneva, independently audited and under the surveillance of the Swiss Federal Authorities. (IDE: CHE-441.741.202)

Global Reach

The Foundation works globally with a mission to create and foster the development of governance and open standards for critical infrastructures in a data-agile economy.

Mission

The mission of the Human Colossus Foundation is to drive the creation, adoption, and evolution of the Dynamic Data Economy (DDE). Through this, the foundation empowers communities, businesses, and individuals to seamlessly integrate, participate, and shape emerging digital and socio-economic ecosystems on equal terms.

Organizational Structure of the Foundation

Board of Trustees

The board of the foundation consists of the heads of each council. The board is renewed every five years and its roles are voluntary positions within the non-profit foundation.

Research Council

In an increasingly technologically driven world, the Research Council’s mission is to analyse the impact of digital transformation and develop new approaches. Rc brings together experts to bridge society demands and technologies promoted by the Foundation.

Advisory Council

The Advisory Council develops data models based on the "Accurate Data” principle. 

Technology Council

The technology Council leads the Human Colossus Foundation strategic technology plan. Tc establishes and review technical policies, set standards, identify best practices, develop components and it’s roadmap for implementation of Dynamic Data Economy.

Executive Council

Executing the financial and fiscal framework for the projects within the non-profit foundation the Executive council is responsible for the operations. Ec is headed by the Secretary General. The council runs the steering committee and provides a link between the Board, Councils and external stakeholders of the foundation.

Steering Committee

The HCF SteerCo coordinates the activities of the Foundation. It is composed of the heads of the four Councils and an operational member of the Technology council.

External Supervision

The foundation reports annually to the Swiss Federal Supervisory Authorities for the Foundations. The operations and finance are reviewed by an external auditor.
